Press Conference: UK-EU trade deal and its economic impact on the Netherlands and on Ireland

Monday February 22 at 11:45 Dublin time: Press Conference jointly organised between the European Parliament offices in both Ireland and the Netherlands

It is my pleasure to invite you to a Press Conference jointly organised between the European Parliament offices in both Ireland and the Netherlands.

It will take place on Monday February 22 at 11:45 Dublin time.

Barry Andrews (Fianna Fail/Renew); David McAllister (EPP) and Kati Piri (S+D) will be in attendance for a high level discussion and Q+A focusing on the new UK-EU trade deal and the economic impact it will have on the Netherlands and on Ireland, arguably the two most effected economies and countries.

David McAllister, a former Governor of the German state of Lower Saxony, is the chairperson of the UK Coordination group in the European Parliament and chair of the EU Parliament’s committee for foreign affairs.

Kati Piri is a prominent Dutch politician and member of the EU Parliament’s foreign affairs committee while Barry Andrews is a member of the committee on International Trade.
